For an Initial Bankruptcy Interview:
Please bring all available information regarding all that you owe and and everything you own, including:

Copies of all secured debt obligations such as home mortgages, vehicle loans, and loans against retirement plans, §401(k) and IRA accounts.

All other debts including taxes, credit cards, and medical bills. Do include debts owed to friends and relatives, as well as recurring monthly bills such as utility or insurance bills.

If available, the last six months' pay stubs (or similar pay records). If married, similar information as to your spouse.

Any documents relating to foreclosures, lawsuits including divorces, levies, or garnishments.

Last two years' income tax returns
