Fees for legal representation of a creditor or a trustee can be an houly fee, a negotiated fixed fee, as well as a contingent fee.

Various attorneys' fee arrangements are available for debt collection services :

1)	A contingent fee, with no attorneys’ fee if a claim isn't collected.
2)	A flat or fixed fee.
